What can AI actually automate in a small business?
The repetitive work that lives in email, PDFs, phone calls and spreadsheets. Phones answered after hours, invoices read and logged, onboarding paperwork handled, follow-ups sent, and the glue between apps that do not talk to each other. If a task happens the same way every week and nobody enjoys it, it is probably automatable.
How much does something like this cost?
It depends on the problem, so we scope a small first release rather than a year-long contract. The first conversation costs nothing, and if the honest answer is that AI will not pay for itself in your case, we tell you that for free and you keep your money.
How long until something is live?
As fast as 24 hours for something small, up to six weeks for a bigger build, depending on the scope of what you bring us. Either way we ship a working piece early, your staff uses it, and we improve it from there.
What if AI is not the right fix?
Then we say so. Sometimes the honest read is to fix the process first and automate later, and sometimes it is not worth building at all. Two of those three answers cost you nothing.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No. You describe the problem in plain language, we sit with your team, map how the work actually happens, and build around it. You get working software and training for your people, not a slide deck.
